• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and cleaning.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.

• Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
