Skilled Laborer
The Skilled Laborer is responsible for preparing and painting interior surfaces of apartment buildings, including units, hallways, common areas, and exterior structures. This role ensures high-quality finishes, maintains property aesthetics, and supports timely unit turnovers for new tenants.
Responsibilities- Prepare and paint interior surfaces of apartment buildings including units, hallways, and common areas.
- Paint exterior structures as required.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and maintain property aesthetics.
- Support timely unit turnovers for new tenants.
- 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial painting.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
- Ability to operate painting tools and equipment, including sprayers.
- Basic drywall repair and patching skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in commercial and residential painting.

Work Environment
Work in downtown Buffalo in an indoor environment, engaging in tasks that involve getting dirty while cleaning up. This role offers a steady and predictable work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.04 - $32.04/hr.
