Skilled Laborer

The Skilled Laborer is responsible for preparing and painting interior surfaces of apartment buildings, including units, hallways, common areas, and exterior structures. This role ensures high-quality finishes, maintains property aesthetics, and supports timely unit turnovers for new tenants.

• Prepare and paint interior surfaces of apartment buildings including units, hallways, and common areas.
• Paint exterior structures as required.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and maintain property aesthetics.
• Support timely unit turnovers for new tenants.

• 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial painting.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Ability to operate painting tools and equipment, including sprayers.
• Basic drywall repair and patching skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in commercial and residential painting.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.

The pay range for this position is $32.04 - $32.04/hr.
