Facilities Maintenance Technician

Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repairs, flooring repairs, and minor electrical work.

Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Perform routine property inspections and address safety or appearance concerns.

Ensure all apartments are move-in ready and meet quality standards.

Assist with general property maintenance and repairs.

Help maintain inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.

Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal and salting walkways.

Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.

Accurately document and close out completed work orders.

This is a Permanent position based out of Williamsville, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
