  Auto Body Shop Technician (A-Level)
• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week
• Compensation: $70,000 – $130,000 annually (Based on experience)

• Perform high-quality collision repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and repair structural and cosmetic damage
• Maintain current knowledge of vehicle systems, repair methods, tools, and equipment
• Work independently while collaborating with a professional, experienced team
• Ensure efficiency while delivering exceptional work quality
• Assist with mentoring and guiding apprentices or junior technicians
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• A-Level collision repair experience required
• Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and materials
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Driver’s License Required
