Our heating & cooling company is committed to completing more than 900 systems over 7 locations throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania, in 2018.
Help Wanted is for entry-level mechanics looking for a way to break into the HVAC trade.
Your training will start in the fabrication shop making ductwork. Later you’ll get to work on-site—most likely moving and staging materials. You will learn to read blueprints, and install ductwork, fans, and even low-voltage wiring. It’s ok if you’ve never done this work before, be prepared to learn fast – there’s a lot of work that needs to be done!
Generally, we spend 9 days out of town, then home for 5, and then back on the road. Expect to share a hotel room with 2 beds.
Compensation is a flat rate for travel to and from Buffalo and a per diem for your food and such.
The target wages for this entry-level position are between $20-25/hr
