$24.00-$27.00 an hour

We own hundreds of properties in the Buffalo, NY area and Lockport, NY.

The Rehab Technician is responsible for providing expert skills in renovating vacant units between tenants. Please note a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is REQUIRED. We do reimburse for mileage on a bi-weekly basis.

• Overseeing a crew of 3-5 people
• Assist in general training of employees
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
• Document all work orders appropriately
• General duties to prepare units for move in
• Replace flooring
• Install cabinets and/or counter tops
• Commute to different job sites
• Cosmetic repairs which will include plaster, painting, etc.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, management and staff
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned
• Light electrical knowledge
• Light plumbing knowledge
• Minor knowledge in framing
• Able to work with little supervision
• Technical skills (phone, ipad, ect...)

• 3 – 5 years of Residential Construction
• 2+ Years of Supervisory Experience
• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• Reliable Transportation (truck and/or SUV) MUST HAVE
• Must have tools to complete tasks outlined above
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to work both alone and as part of a team
• Must be able to think on your feet and apply troubleshooting techniques
