No restoration experience? That’s okay.

If you have experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flooring, maintenance, landscaping, carpet cleaning, warehouse work, or another hands‑on trade, we’ll provide the training you need to build a long‑term career.

• $22-$26 per hour based on experience

• Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies
• Extract water and set drying equipment
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
• Monitor drying equipment using industry technology
• Document job progress with photos and notes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners
• Keep company vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
• Solve problems in the field and help customers through difficult situations
