Maintenance Technician - Full Electrical Training

Are you a Maintenance Technician or industrial Mechanic from a mechanical background, looking to fully cross-skill into electrical and PLCs and grow into a senior, go‑to technician?

On offer is a hands‑on role where you will keep a high‑speed automated facility running, responding to line calls, fault‑finding across mechanical and electrical systems, and carrying out planned maintenance and rebuilds. As your skills grow, you will take on more advanced electrical, PLC and fabrication work and become one of the site's go‑to technical problem‑solvers.
This role would suit a Maintenance Technician or industrial Mechanic with a solid mechanical background, looking for first‑class electrical and welding training, genuine progression, and the earning potential that comes with plenty of available overtime.
The Role:- Keeping a high‑speed, highly automated production facility running, responding quickly to line calls and minimizing downtime across mechanical and electrical systems
- Full, paid training and external certifications in electrical, welding and PLCs/ladder logic, with a clear route to progress through the technician tiers and earn a pay increase at each level
- 2nd shift (approx. 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm), Monday to Friday, with regular overtime (typically 50-55 hours/week) plus optional weekend shifts to maximize your earnings
- Strong package: medical, dental & vision, 401(k), paid holidays and 3 weeks PTO
- A solid mechanical maintenance background from an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Eager to receive training and diversify skillset.
- Keen to gain formal certifications, cross‑skill into electrical, and progress through the technician tiers.
