Manufacturing Electrician Supervisor

The Manufacturing Electrician Supervisor role, located in Buffalo, NY, requires knowledge of electronic components, computer hardware and software, and circuitry, and may involve communication with external parties like vendors and consultants.
Pay Range: $43.10 – $44.10
Project ManagementPlan and coordinate electrical projects, estimate required resources, and supervise electricians to ensure project completion.
Maintain project documentation and records, and support continuous improvement processes.
Technical ExpertisePossess in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and troubleshooting methods.
Provide technical support to team members and be a resource for production-related issues.
Team LeadershipTrain and guide team members, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure progress towards project objectives.
Undertake additional duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
SafetyPromote and enforce safety practices, comply with regulations, and establish safety protocols.
Participate in safety programs and ensure work meets safety standards.
CommunicationEffectively communicate with stakeholders and supervise team communication.
Demonstrate understanding of organizational policies and guide department accordingly.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, and familiarity with technical environments.
Experience as an industrial electrician in high-speed manufacturing.
Knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and control panels up to 600V.
Ability to interpret blueprints, troubleshoot systems, and operate industrial equipment.
Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and high-voltage systems in a manufacturing setting.
Safely work at heights, operate equipment, and lift heavy loads as needed.
