We are seeking an Experienced Carpenterto join our interior construction and remodeling team. This role is responsible for executing high-quality finish carpentry and general interior construction work across residential and/or commercial projects.
You will work independently on complex tasks while also supporting and mentoring junior carpenters on site. Success in this role requires strong technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently deliver work that meets high standards of safety, craftsmanship, and efficiency.
This is a hands-on field leadership role where your expertise directly impacts project quality, timelines, and team performance. Looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in teaching others and setting jobsite standards.
What you'll do- Perform advanced interior construction tasks including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, cabinetry, and window/door installation
- Interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Identify site challenges proactively and implement practical solutions
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites
- Lead by example in safety compliance, craftsmanship, and productivity standards
- Collaborate with supervisors, trades, and subcontractors to meet project milestones
- Mentor junior carpenters and reinforce best practices and safety protocols
- Continuously improve efficiency, methods, and workmanship quality
- 5+ years of experience in interior construction, remodeling, or carpentry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and sequencing of work
- Proven ability to read and execute from blueprints and construction documents
- Demolition & site prep
- Framing
- Drywall hanging & finishing
- Painting
- Flooring installation
- Trim work (baseboards, crown molding, window & door casings)
- Kitchen cabinet installation
- Window & door installation
- Basic plumbing (toilets, vanities, P-traps)
- Insulation & air sealing
- Strong work ethic and consistent reliability on site
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to mentor others
- Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship
