Entry-Level HVAC Installer
Buffalo, NY $35,000-$45,000 per year

If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to build a successful career in the HVAC industry. No HVAC experience? No problem! What We're Looking For- Mechanically inclined
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Coachable with a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- HVAC installation experience or trade school is a plus, but not required
- Assist with the installation of residential heating and cooling systems
- Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork
- Work alongside experienced installers and receive hands‑on training
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Deliver outstanding customer service
