Concrete Repair Technician

A-1 Concrete Leveling seeks a Concrete Repair Technician to join their rapidly growing team in Buffalo, NY. As a Concrete Repair Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of concrete leveling projects.

• Starting wage of $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with knowledge and experience.
• Occasional prevailing wage projects offer state-mandated pay of $65+ per hour.
• 30-day probationary period with an opportunity for a pay raise based upon performance.

• Perform miscellaneous labor including specialized grout mixing, caulking, drilling, and patching
• Educate customers on expected outcomes.
• Contribute to completion of concrete leveling projects from start to finish.
• Create specialty grout mixes on our proprietary pumping equipment.
• Ensure results meet quality standards and specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be willing to learn from highly skilled technicians.

• Experience repairing passenger vehicles, diesel engines, or farm equipment (e.g., replacing spark plugs, changing oil, monitoring fluids) preferred
• Prior experience in a skilled trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC,) helpful.
• Experience working with concrete and/or caulking or working in construction is helpful. Demonstrated experience handling transactional customer interactions (providing customer education, collecting payments, service coordination, etc.) is a plus.
• Must possess a US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 or higher certification preferred.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Trainable and motivated to grow within the company.
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a bonus.
