We are committed to ensuring the reliability and safety of ourfleet to deliver exceptional service to our customers. As part ofour growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Buffalo, NY.
Position Overview:As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performingmaintenance and repairs on our fleet of diesel trucks and trailers. From routine inspections to complex engine diagnostics and repairs, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes,electrical systems, and other components of commercial vehicles and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repairmechanical and electrical issues.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document all maintenance and repair work accurately and thoroughly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding the status of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and related systems.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- We Offer Competitive wages, $30 - $36/hr. based on experience.

Days, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (Monday - Friday). Overtime available and paid after 40 hours.
