AboutThe Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our growing construction and property development team. This hands-on role will support the electrical installation and maintenance needs of both our new developments and existing properties. The ideal candidate is licensed, dependable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial buildings
- Interpret and follow electrical plans, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes
Coordinate with project managers and construction crews on project timelines and job requirements - Troubleshoot issues and perform diagnostics using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness, adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies
- Mentor apprentices and support training of junior team members
- Accurately complete work logs, inspection reports, and job site documentation
- Valid New York State Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential or light commercial electrical work
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a field crew
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various field conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and quality
$38-$45/hr
