Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems across multiple facilities.;
Maintain, operate, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment.;
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, documenting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.;
Respond to emergencies after hours to minimize disruption to client operations.;
Operate and monitor building automation and fire/life safety systems; ensure safety procedures.
