Birgo Realty is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician who specializes in masonry to join our mission-driven apartment team. This full-time, year-round role will bring masonry in-house and support turnover work across our communities in Western New York.
You will travel to 14 Birgo properties, perform exterior masonry tasks, brick repair, tuck pointing, waterproofing, and in-unit repairs, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and competitive hourly pay of $26–$28 plus benefits.
