T-Mark is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to provide residential and light commercial heating and cooling service in the Buffalo area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, boilers, AC systems, and related equipment while delivering dependable, customer-focused service. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring safety and code compliance. You'll work independently in the field, communicate clearly with customers, complete documentation, and uphold T-Mark's standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, and air conditioners.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment to maximize performance and lifespan.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about findings, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Complete accurate service tickets, documentation, and system records in a timely manner.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and operational condition.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to manage daily schedule and respond to service calls promptly.
  • Uphold T-Mark's standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality workmanship on every job.
