Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair systems across our residential properties in the Buffalo area. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and general upkeep.
You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and respond to resident requests with professionalism. A high school diploma/GED and 1–2 years of property maintenance experience are required; additional certifications are a plus.
