HVAC Service Technician- Facilities

• 1. Communication and Relationship Building
  - Building strong relationships through honest and timely communication is our primary responsibility. The Service Manager is the primary contact person and will:
• 2. Maintenance Service
  - Provide prompt (immediate for emergency, within 24 hours for routine) response to client service requests
• 3. Good knowledge of the principles and techniques involved in the operation of high- and low-pressure systems of heating and refrigeration.
• 4. Good knowledge of the operation, maintenance and emergency measures in event of breakdowns
• 5. Coordinate repairs via contractors for major HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs.
• 6. Notify Building Superintendent of landlord responsible repairs if necessary
• 7. Plan and execute capital repairs related to building mechanical systems.
• 8. Manage service contracts - demand and enforce quality service.

This individual must have a valid city of Buffalo Stationary Engineer License 1st or 2nd class and a clean NYS Driver's License
