Trainers are not only responsible for teaching but also for performing the same snow and ice removal tasks as the technicians they mentor, leading by example in the field.

You will remove ice and snow from the tops of tractor trailers using a ladder and a snow shovel. This ensures that drivers are not faced with dangerous snow buildup on their vehicles while driving.

As a trainer with JMC Enterprises, you’ll perform hands‑on, physical snow and ice removal while driving the service vehicle with passengers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in the snow, traveling to different locations, and contributing to a safety‑focused, collaborative team environment. You will also play a role in ensuring Lead and Supporting Technicians are equipped to excel.

You’ll train others in safe and efficient snow/ice removal from trailer tops and model the safety standard we expect in the field. Please understand you will be responsible for physically performing the snow removal services as well as helping other technicians master the skills they need for success.

• On-the-Road Training:
  
  Guide training sessions for 1-3 technicians at a time, instructing them on JMC's safety protocols and service techniques, including proper snow and ice removal methods using extension ladders and snow shovels.
• Documentation:
  Ensure all service information is accurately logged, including photos and service records.
• Safety First:
  Always model and promote the importance of safety and adherence to best practices.
• Mentorship:
  Coach technicians with clear and constructive feedback, fostering their growth and development in their roles.
• Travel:
  Train across 14 states on both local and extended service routes.
• Assessments and Feedback:
  
  Assessthe effectiveness of training and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. Gather feedback from trainees to enhance future training sessions.
