What you will enjoy doing*

• You will identify, develop, and implement preventive and predictive programs along with corrective maintenance solutions for electrical systems across multiple facilities implementing preventive and predictive programs
• In this role you will maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical distribution systems including substations, breakers, switch gear, motor control centers, protective relay systems, battery and uninterruptible power systems, and transformers up to one hundred thirty eight kilovolts maintaining industrial electrical systems
• You shall handle induction and synchronous motors up to forty thousand horsepower and fifteen thousand volts with precision and safety handling high-power motors
• Additionally plan, schedule, coordinate, lead, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in alignment with established procedures coordinating maintenance activities
• Furthermore engage in predictive maintenance activities such as infrared thermography, transformer oil analysis, partial discharge analysis, and power quality analysis performing predictive maintenance
• You are expected to work independently, making technical decisions and recommendations in the field to ensure safe and reliable operations making field technical decisions
• Lastly conduct both office and field work with domestic travel of approximately twenty percent and accessibility during off hours, including work in all weather conditions and at elevated locations working in varied environments

What Makes You Great

• You have an associate's degree in electrical engineering or technology, or bring at least five (5) years of experience maintaining medium voltage electrical systems in an industrial environment bringing foundational electrical expertise
• You shall offer experience as a field service engineer, representative, technician, electrician, power distribution technician, or project manager in industrial electrical maintenance bringing industrial maintenance experience
• In addition you should demonstrate strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance for industrial electrical systems and equipment demonstrating maintenance knowledge
• Additionally bring excellent communication and team interaction skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve results with minimal supervision showing strong communication skills
• Furthermore be proficient in using computers and standard software packages including Microsoft Office applying digital proficiency
• You are strengthened by preferred qualifications such as a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology or experience as a Journeyman Electrician in an industrial environment bringing advanced technical qualifications
• Lastly contribute proven experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of medium voltage electrical systems, along with understanding of regulatory standards, codes, control systems, and experience using computerized maintenance management systems such as Infor EAM applying regulatory and CMMS knowledge
