Job SummarySeeking a Buffalo‑area leader to provide direct community‑based supports, ensuring people with developmental disabilities can make choices, develop, achieve, participate in the community, maintain good health, secure personal future, and experience respectful relationships with family, friends, and neighbors.
ResponsibilitiesSupervision of support staff; development and write of customized support plans; training opportunities for support staff and service participants; documentation and financial responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Services, or a health‑related discipline
- One year experience working with children/youth
- One year supervisory experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid NYS driver’s license
- Medical insurance (Independent Health)
