Resident Service Coordinator to join our team in Buffalo, NY. This role isideal for someone who is passionate about helping residents maintain stable housing, access community resources, and improve their overall quality of life.

As the Resident Service Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between residents and supportive services, helping individuals and families connect with programs that promote independence, wellness, and community engagement.

$24.00 - $26.00 per Hour
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Assess resident needs and connect residents with appropriate community resources and supportive services
• Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers, healthcare organizations, and community agencies
• Coordinate educational, social, wellness, and enrichment programs for residents
• Assist residents with accessing benefits, transportation, healthcare,employment, and other support services
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of resident interactions and program participation
• Advocate for residents while promoting housing stability and self-sufficiency
