• Provide clinical guidance and support to residential treatment teams
• Help oversee treatment planning, therapeutic groups, and clinical best practices
• Coach and support clinical staff through hiring, scheduling, training, and performance development
• Collaborate with families, providers, and community partners to support client success
• Maintain clinical documentation and electronic records while ensuring quality care

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Active New York LCSW
• Valid NYS Driver's License
• At least 2 years of individual counseling experience
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and electronic documentation

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility available)
