Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Day Habilitation Services
Buffalo, NY | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–3:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Starting at $22.89/hour – Highest DSP Base Pay in Western New York!

As a DSP, you’ll support adults with developmental disabilities through hands‑on assistance, community outings, skill‑building activities, and meaningful daily experiences that promote independence and personal growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals in a center‑based day program
- Teach life, social, and adaptive skills
- Assist with recreational and community activities
- Help individuals achieve personal goals

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid NYS Driver’s License with approved driving record
- Human services or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassion, patience, teamwork, and reliability
