Vapi, a Voice AI platform, is hiring a Solutions Architect to work with enterprise customers on IVR replacements, outbound dialing, and agent‑assisted support. You will learn the product, understand customer use cases, and build fluency across telephony, LLM orchestration, integrations, and contact center workflows.
In 90 days you will lead the technical side of deals from first call to go‑live, create reusable artifacts, document integration patterns, and relay product feedback to engineering.
