Core Requirements & Responsibilities

5+ years of hands‑on experience in Java development with strong proficiency in Spring Boot framework
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
Strong working knowledge of Oracle Database, including SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI)
Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like JUnit and integration testing tools
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Banking, financial services, or fintech domain experience is a strong plus
Onsite from Day 1 – Hybrid schedule (Mon–Thu onsite; Fri remote)

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for full‑stack contributions
Certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud technologies
