Job Description We are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise SDLC and Developer Experience platforms, Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, and platform automation and a proven ability to design, operate, and evolve secure, scalable developer platforms that improve engineering productivity. Responsibilities:
Design, engineer, administer, and continuously improve enterprise Developer Experience and SDLC platform capabilities. Serve as technical expert and platform owner for Git Lab SCM, Git Lab CI/CD, Git Lab Duo, runners, and governance controls. Own and optimize Sonar Qube, JFrog Artifactory, Mend SCA, IDE tooling, developer portals, and self-service capabilities. Develop enterprise software delivery workflows leveraging code quality, security scanning, and artifact management.

Drive adoption of AI-assisted development capabilities aligned with governance, security, and compliance standards. Design and implement integrations across Git Lab, Sonar Qube, Artifactory, Mend, cloud platforms, identity, ticketing, and observability. Engineer reusable CI/CD templates, pipeline standards, deployment frameworks, and self-service patterns. Define and implement standards for SCM, branching, merge requests, code reviews, testing automation, release management, and supply chain security.

Review and approve designs, configurations, automation, and integrations impacting the delivery ecosystem. Ensure platform resiliency, scalability, observability, security, and operational excellence. Lead platform modernization initiatives that streamline developer workflows and enhance the developer experience. Define, measure, and report adoption, utilization, reliability, performance, and developer productivity metrics. Review testing methodologies, platform health indicators, and operational controls for stable and secure service delivery.

Partner with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Risk, and Application Development on cross-functional improvements. Research and recommend emerging technologies in platform engineering, Dev Ex, Dev Sec Ops , AI-assisted development, and supply chain security. Contribute to enterprise architecture and engineering strategy for developer enablement and SDLC modernization. Communicate platform architecture, roadmaps, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders and forums. Author standards, implementation guides, runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-sharing content.

Coach engineering teams on SDLC best practices, CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops  controls, and productivity improvements. Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate risk-related issues as needed. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proficiency with enterprise developer platforms such as Git Lab, Sonar Qube, JFrog Artifactory, Mend, and CI/CD tooling. Experience building and supporting large-scale enterprise software delivery environments. Expertise in automation, platform integrations, and APIs for engineering enablement. Background in secure software development and Dev Sec Ops  practices. Associate's degree with 7+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, or 9+ years combined education and experience with 5+ years in platform engineering or related domains.

Preferred

Skills:

Deep knowledge of Git Lab Enterprise including SCM, CI/CD, Duo, runners, governance, and administration. Experience operating Developer Experience or Internal Developer Platform solutions. Expertise in software supply chain security, dependency management, SBOMs, and vulnerability remediation. Experience implementing enterprise CI/CD standards and release automation. Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and platform engineering practices. Knowledge of DORA metrics and engineering effectiveness frameworks. Ability to work autonomously and lead complex technical initiatives with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills and experience influencing cross-functional leadership teams. Experience supporting large engineering organizations with thousands of developers.
