Introduction

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Future Now Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As an Associate at IBM, you'll work with clients to help solve real-world business challenges through technology, innovation, and consulting.

Through mentorship, certifications, structured learning, and hands-on project experience, you'll develop the skills needed to grow your career in consulting and technology.

Bachelor's Degree

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, APIs, databases, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning.
• Exposure to application development through academic projects, internships, hackathons, open-source contributions, or personal projects.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, automation, and digital transformation.

• Exposure to digital experience platforms, web development, content management systems, or customer engagement technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, front-end technologies, or modern application architectures.
• Interest in Adobe technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and continuous learning.
