• Own complex data migrations from legacy EHRs and billing systems, end to end
• Embed with providers and learn how their practices actually run
• Map tangled customer problems into scoped, buildable work
• Write real software that ships to production - not prototypes, not decks
• Build side by side with product engineers on our most complex features
• Bring the field back with you: what you learn shapes the roadmap

• A strong engineer who wants to be in front of customers, not shielded from them
• Dangerous with messy data, legacy systems, and ambiguous problems
• Product instincts: you know what to build, not just how
• You can hold a room with clinicians, billers, and executives
• A bias toward shipping and getting things in front of users
• Hunger for ownership and big scope
• Willingness to work hard on problems that matter

• You've migrated data off legacy EHRs or other gnarly enterprise systems
• Founder or 0-to-1 startup experience
• NYC-based
