Route Driver

$21.85 – $25.50 per hour

Day Shift – 5:00 AM Start | 10–12 Hour Shifts

Monday – Saturday Availability Required

Hearts Foundation Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Route Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for collecting donations by servicing assigned donation bins within a designated geographic area. Routes are organized by specific route days to ensure efficiency and consistency.

This is a physically active position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying on schedule, and operating a straight/box truck safely and professionally.

Competitive pay: $21.85 – $25.50 per hour (based on experience)

• Safely operate a 16’–26’ straight/box truck
• Perform and document daily vehicle inspections
• Service assigned donation bins in a timely and safe manner
• Load and unload donation items and bins
• Maintain accurate route logs and operate route software
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse staff
• Represent Hearts Foundation Inc. professionally in the community
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Minimum 2 years straight/box truck driving experience required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Current driving abstract required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
• Strong attendance and punctuality (5:00 AM start time)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
