Offloader - Final Mile

Physical warehouse position unloading tractor trailer loads of furniture and staging it for deliveries.

• Ensure items are assembled according to manufacturer directions.
• Perform a minimum daily offloading output as provided by management.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and environment.
• Use equipment properly to ensure safety of all team members.
• Execute the placement of delivery items as specified by management.
• Communicate effectively and work professionally alongside co‑workers.

• Maintain a continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance with the ability to work a flexible schedule.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in transportation, logistics, customer product assembly, delivery of furniture or appliances, or with a moving company.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Speak English, communicate with coworkers, and read assembly instructions.

• Seeing and hearing: read documents 75–100%, communicate in person 100%.
• Standing and walking: 100%.
• Climbing, stooping, squatting, and kneeling: 0–75%.
• Dexterity: utilize hand dolly / hand cart 75–100%.
• Lift more than 50–80pounds: 75–100%.

• Expected starting pay range: $17.39 – $23.19 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
