This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• $0.45-$0.52 per mile
• Detention pay: 23 - 28/hour after 1 hour
• Drop and hook pay: $39per stop
• Live load/unload: $64per stop
• Refrigerated: $40per load
• Crosstown moves: $25per load
• Empty move: $25per load
• Empty search: $23per hour
• Mechanical breakdown: $23per hour
• Truck order not used: $30
• Waiting on truck: $23per hour
• Tractor repositioning work: $23per hour
• Yard checks: $23per hour
• In classroom safety & round tables: $30 per hour
• Safety training: $20per hour
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,000
• Daily home time
• Majority no touch freight
