Dump Truck Driver

The Dump Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating company-owned dump trucks to transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies to and from project sites. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily construction operations while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

• Safely operate a Class B CDL dump truck on public roads and construction sites.
• Transport aggregates, asphalt, soil, stone, and other construction materials.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete driver logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and project personnel.
• Keep vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Follow all site-specific safety requirements and traffic control procedures.
• Support other construction operations when driving duties are limited.

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Previous dump truck or construction-related driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.

• Ability to climb in and out of trucks and equipment safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to sit, drive, and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to work on uneven terrain and active construction sites.
