Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Fleet Tracking Manager to join our fast‑growing team.
Who We AreBuffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil for the production of Biodiesel, a carbon‑reducing alternative fuel to hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 states with service to over 27,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc.

- Assist with driver dispatch
- Use Verizon fleet tracking software to monitor stops made by drivers and the sales team
- Create and complete daily reports for stops and productivity of drivers and the sales team
- Report unsafe driving practices and improper use of vehicles to Fleet Supervisor
- Successfully input a high volume of data using Microsoft Office
- Ability/willingness to give corrective/critical feedback to drivers and the sales team
- Bachelors Degree Required.
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi‑task
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office

This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.
Hours:
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: $27/hour
