This is a full-time, on‑site role based in Buffalo, NY for Class A Drivers and Heavy Diesel Mechanics. Class A Drivers will operate commercial trucks to transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites, perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, follow DOT regulations, and maintain accurate delivery records. Heavy Diesel Mechanics will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and construction equipment, perform routine preventive maintenance, and ensure all vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
Qualifications- Truck Driving and CDL Class A skills for safe operation of commercial trucks
- Knowledge of truck systems and components for basic checks and coordination with mechanics
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for coordinating with crews and interacting professionally with clients and vendors
- Experience with heavy diesel equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair (for mechanic role)
- Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT and state licensing requirements
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Previous experience in construction or related fields preferred; vocational training or certifications in diesel mechanics are an advantage
Pay Rate for the mechanics role is based on experience.
- CDL driver will receive at a minimum the NYS prevailing rate.

- CDL driver is eligible for single health care coverage up to $500/month, 5 personnel days, 6 paid holidays, and $20,000.00 life insurance.
