CDL A Driver

Role Overview:

This position involves operating pneumatic equipment, managing customer relationships, and making autonomous decisions to ensure successful deliveries in the dry bulk shipping industry. The job combines driving with loading, unloading, and customer interactions, with extensive safety training provided.

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles and pneumatic systems (no prior pneumatic experience required)
• Manage loading, unloading, and delivery processes
• Maintain positive customer relations and adhere to safety protocols
• Follow company procedures for safety and operational standards
• Occasional overnight trips with hotel accommodations and per diem when required

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the past 10 years
• Must be at least 23 years old and physically/mentally qualified to operate a vehicle
• English proficiency for communication and reporting
• Clean driving record with limited violations and no recent serious infractions
• Hazmat endorsement may be required at certain locations

Driving primarily, with additional responsibilities in loading, unloading, and customer interactions. The role may include weekend work and occasional overnight trips, with a focus on safety and compliance.
