CDL Driver​/Trainer

Overview

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking an experienced CDL Driver/Trainer to join our fast-growing team. Salary: $105,000 per year.

• Travel out of town 2-4 nights per week.
• Train hands-on and work in a hands-on environment.
• Work approximately 50 hours per week.
• Manage people and maintain standards directly with drivers.
• Complete ride-along training with new drivers.
• Complete ride-along trainings to qualify and retrain existing drivers.
• Conduct spot equipment and safety checks.
• Enforce company processes and safety guidelines for both CDL and non-CDL drivers.

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• A Class B CDL
• Drug-free lifestyle
• Clean motor vehicle report
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of how to work with drivers
• Strong DOT safety and training skills
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Bachelor's Degree
• Hours:
  
  50 hours per week, 5 days a week
