COMPENSATION:

• Our CDL A Delivery Drivers begin at $33.80/hour!
  After one year, the rate increases to $37.80, with annual raises.
• Average annual earnings for first-year drivers: $96,700, rising to $108,000 after 12 months! (These figures include overtime.)
• Weekly pay schedule!

SCHEDULE:

• Dispatch occurs between 3 AM and 5 AM.
• Work five days a week with two consecutive days off.
• Return home daily!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload items from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
• Manage collections and payments from customers when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in adverse weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
• At least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A issued by your state of residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in food and/or beverage delivery is required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred; may be necessary in certain locations.
• Must be proficient in reading and communicating in English, capable of holding conversations, understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and completing reports.

This secure online database offers real-time information regarding CDL and CLP holders' drug and alcohol program violations. If you haven't registered yet, please ensure you do so.

Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, specific skills, job function, geographic location, and other applicable legal factors. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $33.80 to $37.80 per hour.

This role also includes overtime compensation.
