• The pay rate is $17.50-$18.00/hr. (based on experience)
• Must be able to work a schedule of 10:30AM-7:00PM, Mon-Fri.
• Upon offer of potential employment, please note various pre-employment screens will be conducted (i.e. background and drug screen, employment verification)

Position Summary:

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are picked in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Efficiently pick orders according to customer specifications.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items against customer order information.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors immediately.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Follow all company operating procedures, policies and work instructions.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving role is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring items.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and computers is required.
• Must be able to work extended hours and overtime, when required.
• Must have physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
