Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Planning Supervisor or Divisional Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the warehouse operations, including material ordering, delivering, receiving, and shipping; inventory accuracy, and ensuring all equipment and supplies are well maintained, SAFE to operate and are in good working order.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy through the oversight and recording of all inventory transactions, including receipt, stocking, storing, labeling, casing, packing and distributing all materials and supplies.
- Responsible for supervising, preparing, and loading material deliveries to both job site deliveries and customers.
- Maneuvers truck into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.
- Completes required paperwork for deliveries
- Orders equipment and materials for jobsites and warehouse as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a maintenance log for all equipment and vehicles documenting the scheduling of and completion of all required preventative maintenance, post job inspections, and repairs to ensure optimum equipment performance.
- Responsible for obtaining quotes and approvals for the building maintenance third party repairs.

- Adheres to environmental and safety regulations and acts in accordance with United States' laws.
- Adheres to corporate policy on business ethics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of small engines to be able to repair and maintain construction equipment.
- Familiarity with computers and the Office 365 suite of software products.
- CDL License
- Forklift certification
