Job Summary
This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job‑related tasks. The incumbent holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management and customers. Facilitate training with new and current employees. Conduct and participate in group meetings. Coordinate evaluations with management. Determine best solutions for package concerns. Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are completed safely and timely. Understand and consistently demonstrate UPS’s high ethical standards and code of conduct.
QualificationsAbility to lift 70 lbs./32 kg. Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask. Strong oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent—preferred. Management experience—preferred.

Pay and BenefitsThe base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr, depending on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Eligible employees may receive short‑term and long‑term incentive compensation.
