Material Handler – $17.50/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to support pharmacy distribution operations in a fast-paced, automated refill environment. In this role, you will assist with filling, packing, shipping, inventory handling, and material movement while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with pharmacy procedures. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with training provided and opportunities for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Use RF scanners to track inventory and replenish products
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform inventory handling, loading, unloading, palletizing, and order picking
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and other material handling tools as needed
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift and carry 20–30 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Warehouse, material handling, inventory, picking/packing, shipping & receiving, or production experience
- Experience using RF scanners
- Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or warehouse equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Interest in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or supply chain careers
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

This is a permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50/hr.
