Parts Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Reports To: Parts Manager
FLSA Status: Non Exempt
Base Wage: $16-$22.50/hour
Potential Compensation with bonus and/or commission: N/A

What To Expect:

The Parts Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing automotive parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and efficient parts distribution while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Stock and organize parts in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for shipment and delivery.
Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control processes.
Process returns and maintains accurate inventory records.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Communicate effectively with coworkers, vendors, carriers, and delivery drivers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull automotive parts and materials regularly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
