Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming (H&PTW)
is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Buffalo and Sheridan, Wyoming
. We’re looking for a motivated clinician who is eager to grow professionally and build meaningful connections within the community and with fellow healthcare professionals.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for upper extremity rehabilitation and the opportunity to develop or advance hand therapy skills through mentorship. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with a team of highly experienced therapists who provide ongoing mentorship and support. This role is perfect for a PT interested in specializing in hand and upper extremity care.
Job duties include evaluation/re-evaluation, developing an appropriate plan of care, and providing evidence-based treatment methods to assist patients in returning to prior level of function. Furthermore, the physical therapist is required to maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and billing. Comprehensive knowledge of the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system, and experience with various post-operative protocols, and wound care experience is preferred.
We encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly skilled therapists, in a dynamic and refreshing environment, with 1:1 care provided to our patients on a 40–60-minute schedule. Compensation can be negotiated based on experience, certifications, and specialties.
- Proven work or clinical experience as a physical therapist
- Previous experience in treating upper extremities and hand therapy or special interest in this area; mentorship will be provided!
- Intensive education and clinical expertise

- Valid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with limited license until full licensure comes through)
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
