We're seeking a Store Manager to join our team at store 60 in Buffalo, WY. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the success of our store by applying your excellent communication and management skills in a fast-paced environment. This role will assist the Store Supervisor with the responsibility of all aspects of the store operations.

Responsibilities
Manage the overall operation of the store to include hiring, training, coaching, conducting performance reviews and taking appropriate corrective and disciplinary action with employees as needed.
Ensure all customers receive excellent service including quick, tactful handling of complaints.
Ensure that sales are generated at the highest practical level. Direct store marketing activities and promotion programs to increase sales and market share.
Reconcile purchase orders with delivery invoices in order to maintain the flow of inventory.
Ensure monthly and annual performance objectives, as set by the business unit management are met for the store and the employees.
Interact with vendors and maintain proper inventory levels to fulfill customer needs and wants within company guidelines.
Ensure buildings, equipment and grounds are clean and inviting as well as properly stocking and rotating merchandise.
Oversee and ensure all corporate policy, local, state, and federal government regulations are adhered to and required compliance documentation is complete.
Monitor cashier, vendor and customer activity to discern theft or dishonesty.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

Minimum Qualifications (required)
High School diploma or GED
4+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service
Prior leadership experience with progressively advancing level of leadership responsibilities
Additional Qualifications
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office suite
