Senior Accountant – Construction Industry

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant – Construction Industry:

• Manage job cost accounting, WIP, and percentage-of-completion reporting

• Lead general ledger management and month-end close

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and budget-to-actual results

• Monitor cash flow, AR/AP activity, and project-level cash needs

• Oversee inventory and materials accounting tied to construction projects

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant – Construction Industry:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of accounting experience with construction industry exposure

• Strong project-based accounting and job costing background

• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct

• Solid GAAP knowledge with strong debits and credits fundamentals
