- Conduct face‑to‑face tax interviews with clients.
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns, including multiyear, multistate, and year‑end forms.
- Provide clients with IRS audit support.
- Complete E‑filing and supply printed copies for client review.
- Collect and process client payments, ensuring timely deposits.
- Engage in marketing and business generation efforts to increase client retention.
- Answer client calls via the national call center routing system.
- Provide future tax planning advice and resolve client complaints as appropriate.
- Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
- Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer functions and math.
- Sales and/or marketing experience.
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
- PTIN Certification:
Yes
$10.00 - $12.00 per hour.
