Emeritus Home Care is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our internal administrative team. In this multifaceted role—spanning employee services, staffing coordination, and employee relations—you’ll support our field staff and clients by managing hiring, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day operations with excellence and care.
Your Impact:- ✔ Coordinate and improve the employee onboarding process
- ✔ Maintain compliance and personnel documentation
- ✔ Manage scheduling, intakes, and referrals
- ✔ Be a communication bridge between field staff and office team

- Minimum:
Associates Degree required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in HR, home care/healthcare, or staffing preferred
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
