About the Position of Assistant ManagerAs a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards; schedule mechanics and technicians; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; and meet customer and safety expectations.
About the Position of Service ManagerThe Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under‑car repair services, directs the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stages vehicle repair and maintenance work, and drives sales initiatives. Service Managers communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet expectations.

QualificationsThe required qualifications are: (1) at least 18 years of age; (2) legal authorization to work in the United States; and (3) (i) one year of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or (ii) one year of experience or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
